As a realtor I strive to provide a customer service level to my clients that I would expect to receive from a business person! I am very focused on each customer, and listen to their needs and wants in regards to the type of property they are looking for, and I take the time to find the perfect fit for their lifestyle and budget.
My specialty is real estate investment property, specifically, short term rental homes and villas. I worked in the short term rental business for six years prior to becoming a Realtor, and I also own villas that I rent to vacationers. This knowledge is invaluable when it comes to assisting buyers and sellers on Hilton Head, and helping people choose the best properties.
My work ethic and dedication proves itself time and time again, and I am happy to say I have many satisfied clients who now can call Hilton Head home (or their second home!)
