I am forty-eight years old and have had a passion for real estate for many years. I have been married to the same "lucky" woman for 23 years and we have two boys, age 20 and 17, two dogs (Welsh Pembroke Corgi and a Multi-poo) and two cats (Heinz 57).

I enjoy restoring houses, woodworking, fishing, and working with computers. I am an Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 664 of which my youngest son is a member and has just obtained the rank of Eagle Scout.
My oldest son is a member of the South Carolina Army National Guard. I served in the United States Marine Corps from 1978 - 1984.
